Return & Refund Policy

At ChimneyWale, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only for products that are:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective upon arrival
  • Incorrectly delivered

Return Request Period
Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused.
  • Product must be returned in original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Special-order items
  • Certain spare parts and consumables

Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method
Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method. COD refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
